Please can you explain what Studienkolleg is all about

How I wish some of you will drop this 'hustle' mentality. I understand the need to live in a country like Germany cause of the benefits (which I've experienced) and quality of education. But the thing with this hustle is that, you might just come here and forget your education which I think is the key.

Your goal or any other person's goal who wants to study in Germany shouldn't be 'hustle'. It should be to study a good course and have a good paying job afterwards.

Do you know what you will earn with this hustle jobs? You might actually be disappointed if you get here to see that it's not all that hype. I don't see anyone mentioning that there's hardly any time to hustle while studying. I'm currently in Studienkolleg and I barely have time for myself, I'm just imagining how it is for those in University.

And I don't see anyone talking about the typical 'hustle' jobs. Someone should help me mention those jobs . Trust me it's not easy.

Your cgpa seems low but nothing is impossible. That's not a reason to spend so much money in a private university. Have you ever considered starting afresh? Like going to Studienkolleg and study afterwards?

I think you could also apply for another Bsc with your first year transcript.

Am nt born with a silver spoon and never had the advantage of using it to eat but my sponsors are trying so that I can make one for myself am a gradute of Mass Communication graduated with 2.3 Germany CGPA scale have applied to about 4 schools dat offers my course which I regection was generated on my application....... I currently have a processing application in University of Applied Science neu-ulm which decision is goin to be made by the end of February...... And enrollment start 1st of March which is goin to be difficult to schedule appointment for my visa interview dis March even though If I got an enrollment extension letter From my university to process my visa..... And the program only runs for Summer semester...... I would said I shld defer till winter..... ON my own perspective I could see public university are so competitive in Germany And the fear..... Although I belong to the positivist school of thought but am fear of rejection. And I could see d only chance for NE is to go for the Berlin university..... Have graduated since 2years ago without job..... And my motive of living dis jungle called country 60 percent is for survive and to improve my standard of living while 40percent is to receive quality education....... Although my sponsor will need to hustle for the money to sponsors my education.... Please jigba and others gurus that I didn't mention I needs your advise in dis dilemma...... Or if you can recommend a sch in a better city dat I fit hustle dat I can gain admission easily

Well, public universities in Germany are not crowded. We are less than 20 students in our MSc class. Most times you'll find a lot of empty sits laying fallow with no one siting on them Even when we are having combine courses with other departments you will still get a space to sit down. Most courses here have limited number of participant meaning that you have to register in time if not you may not be able to get a space. I believe the reason why they adapted the measure of course registration with a certain number of participants/students is for crowd control. I remember back then in Nigeria the university i attended was always crowded that most times they use public address systems. Some students don't even see the board when lecturers are teaching courses that involved calculations/mathematics. It is not like that in Deutschland. Germany is well advance/organised.

Good Afternoon team Dutch land, I recently applied to a university in South Germany through uni-assist which there application deadline is on the 15th of February. And decision would be taken 2weeks after d deadline.... And it's written boldly on the programme fliers that the program will commenced on the 1st of March and the university programme only runs during the summer semester...... Which means if I said I shld defer I would have to wait till next year March...... Luckily I was admitted into a university in Berlin last year where I have to pay huge to complete my programme, 9,000€ and will still needs around €5000 euro for other expenses like housing and flight ticket...... Although my sponsor didn't have the money he will have to hustle for the money...... Please i need your advice if the school it worth going Because my major aim of travelling is 40percent academic and 60percent to upgrade my standard of living please i need your advise.... To pay him back the money after a year..... Thanks your advice is needed urgently

Those that applied through uni-assist do they send the evaluated documents back to u or they just send to the scools without sending u any copy

Good morning my pple in Dutch land.... Am fortunate to be admitted in a tution fee university in Berlin which i have to pay around 5,175 for my masters fee and 1,500 for my accommodation fee for 6month but the major aim of moving to Dutch land is to improve my standard of living while there is less attention for academics ...... But due to financial challenges i mailed the university to defer my admission till April...... because i have 70% chance to be admitted in university of freiburg before the month runs out which is a free university please i which to known how hustle take be in dis two city.........

My international passport would expired by feb 2019, which i would be tru with my program by April 2020, Although have already gotten admitted in one of the schools in Berlin but due to some reasons d admission is still onhold, but am looking towards acceptance hopefully b4 dis week runs out or next week into university of freiburg dis summer class
