You have to be consistent. If the seller involves Amazon coz he senses I'm trying to pull a scam, my story wont add up! Oooh...all my point were based on eBay but I feel the 1 month period of not complaining will be a big issue,so why dont dey do a proper check at their US office for proper clarification bcox some1 definitely signed the delivery and since there was no claim on the item it became the company's property or trashed as a fraudulent item.

The format he gave you was okay...bcox some of this white guys don't wanna have anytin to do wif us bcox of our records and he wud have won any case against ur write up for reasons like
1) most don't do international shipping, which u indirectly did
2) most don't ship to 3rd party freight company bcox it indirectly means item will leave US,which they don't want issues.
3) saying ure from naija wud have nailed you for a scammer.
4) false information...cloning an address for ur acct.
