THE SUCCESS OF NATURAL SKIN CARE DEPENDS ON KNOWING

YOUR SKIN TYPE

Type 1: Oily Oily skin tends to be shiny with enlarged pores, and is prone to blackheads and blemishes. You might experience some tightness.

· Type 2: Combination/normal This skin type has medium pores, a smooth and even texture, good circulation, healthy color, may tend toward dryness on the cheeks while being oily in the t-zone.

· Type 3: Sensitive
Sensitive skin tends to be thin, delicate with fine pores. It flushes easily, is prone to broken capillaries, is frequently allergic and can be rashy.

· Type 4: Dry Dry skin feels tight, especially after cleansing. You have a tendency towards fine wrinkles, flaking and red patches. In women of color, skin may appear ashy or dull from dead skin buildup.

· Type 5: Aging or sun-damaged This skin also feels tight with visible wrinkles, slack skin tone -- especially around the cheeks and jawline -- with leathery texture and broken capillaries.

Natural skin care offers a lot of benefits to the skin.

The benefits far outweigh those of chemical creams and lotions

Cleopatra was reputed to be the most beautiful queen in Egypt, and

her beauty was traced to both honey and milk bath.

She was so beautiful that Julius Caesar fell for her.

Modern day creams and lotions are a little bit expensive and most

often do not fulfill the essence for which they were bought.

Combination of various condiments and their application on the

skin have been found most fulfilling in bringing out the

ethereal beauty in our skin.

What about the complications associated with such chemicals.

Most of cosmetic products use potentially dangerous chemicals like
parabens and phthalates.

The parabens chemical have been recently found in breast cancer tissues.

This chemical can affect the hormone oestrogen. The phthalates are linked to lower sperm counts in men, premature breast development and allergies.

Cancer??

According to a 2009 article on PlanetGreen, cosmetic and skin care products in the United States make up a $35 billion industry.

In 33 percent of these products, the formulations contain at
least one chemical with links to cancer.

Caring for your skin does not require purchasing expensive cosmetics.

Arm yourself with a few natural skin care tips and caring for your skin will be a "war-no-more."

Kidney diseases

Nephrologists, in recent publications have vilified these creams
containing hydroquinone, mercury, arsenic and some other powerful

but dangerous components as agents causing kidney failure.

Most people don’t understand the the health impact of their actions.

Many people have loaded their systems with so much carcinogenic chemicals.

Most of these agents are absorbed through the skin.

Don’t over burden your kidney, liver adrenal and your system generally

with some of these body creams and lotion.

Whatever beauty you desire, no matter how badly spoilt your skin

may be, natural homemade remedies is the answer.

WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON THIS

AGING PROCESSES grin

The typical aging process looks different from what you've learned to expect. It looks more like this:
Childhood - Initial environmental damage - seldom noticed because it's not expected

Teenage - Hormonal and emotional disruptions often create distressing skin conditions - this is expected. What cell researchers have found is: the greatest amount of damage to skin is done before the age of 20

Age 20 - "Aging" is well under way -- but not really obvious yet because it's not expected yet. The effects of too much sun, smoking and poor eating habits are among the factors that accelerate the rate of cell deterioration

Age 30 - Circulation and cell renewal both start to slow; skin loosens along the eye bone and expression lines" begin to show up. Tanning and tattoos are self-inflicted injuries that hasten the aging process

Ages 25-49 -- Prime time for adult acne (affects 2/3 of all Americans) with resulting skin damage.

Age 40 -- Lines and wrinkles become more evident; skin loses elasticity and radiance (looks dull, drab); forehead develops furrows; skin develops uneven color and blotches. This is when the chin area may start to droop and skin begins to loosen on the neck

•Age 50
- menopausal changes affect skin health and appearance, with hormonal imbalance causing slackening along the jaw line, more sagging skin on the neck. Skin pallor and age spots become more noticeable

Age 60 - Lack of tone results in increased depth of wrinkles on cheeks. Dehydration or dryness becomes more evident and skin may even look chapped, red. Bones typically shrink a bit, increasing the slackness of skin. At the same time, skin thins, allowing capillaries and redness to show through

Age 70 and beyond - Loss of elasticity continues; wrinkles increase in depth while dryness worsens significantly. Skin color suffers, becoming drab, pallid, even gray and crepe-y.

You don't have to put up with that sort of aging!

Your skin adds 15 years to your face!

That's what the cell biologists tell us - and they ought to know because they study the body's cells and the effects of the environment on them. They are finding more and more evidence that this trend isn't about to stop any time soon. In fact, the aging process has been speeding up a bit each year.

What this means is that your skin already looks the way you expected it to look 15 years from now!

Here's another scary thought: What does this mean for the young ones?

If, as the researchers are finding, skin is aging faster all the time, there is trouble in store for those beautiful young complexions. The signs of aging are already there. They just aren't obvious yet.

I wonder why somebody will not do something

It's not age that affects skin most. Actually, age has surprisingly little to do with it. Certain changes seem "inevitable" because you've been led to expect them as you add years.

Scientific research shows that the visible condition of your skin is not a reliable indication of your age.

They estimate that only 10%-20% of skin aging is due to natural causes, like heredity and gravity. 80%-90% is due to man-made causes:

too much time in the sun, failure to protect against weather changes, heating and cooling systems, faulty nutrition, smoking, pollutants in air and -- yes -- water.

Also: medications, stress, well-meaning (but misguided) skin care methods.

GET THE RIGHT DIET FOR OILY SKIN

Diet for Oily Skin
Take a diet rich in proteins but restricted in sugar, fluids and salt.
Take plenty of leafy green vegetables and fresh fruits.

Have your blood brought up to par by the suitable administration of necessary vitamins, iron and similar substances.
Even a slight deficiency in vitamin B2 can cause oily skin. Nutritional yeast, wheat germ and organ meats provide both vitamin B5 and vitamin B2. Other good sources of vitamin B2 are whole grains, beans, nuts, and royal jelly. Buckwheat, black beans and whole rice are excellent to supply the body with iron and rejuvenate pate skin.
Drink plenty of quality water to keep the skin hydrated and flush out toxins.

Reduce the amount of fat in your diet. Avoid pork and fried and highly seasoned foods. Consume no animal fats, or heat-processed vegetable oils.

Do not cook with oil. Do not eat any oils that have been subjected to heat, whether in processing or cooking.

If a little oil is necessary, such as in salad dressing, use cold-pressed canola or olive oil only.
Do not drink soft drinks or alcoholic beverages. Avoid sugar, chocolate, and junk food.

If you wear an ugly skin you probably belong to the cave age

YOU CAN ACTUALLY REDUCE YOUR AGE BY 15 GOOD YEARS.

LET US START WITH THE OILY SKIN

Natural Skincare
Half an hour before taking your bath apply on your face half teaspoon each of lime and cucumber juice mixed together.
If your skin is excessively oily, mix in a few drops of eau de cologne. This not only helps keep oiliness away but also helps in refining the pores of the skin by acting as astringent, thereby preventing acne.
Some Home Remedies for Oily Skin:
The following home remedies are very useful and are free from side effects. Use it for clean and clear skin:
• Apply paste of a ripe tomato without its pulp all over your skin. Wait for 15-20 minutes before washing it off with plain water. Apply this treatment on your skin twice every week to remove excess oil.
• Apply a mix of mint juice and rose water all over your face. Leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with cold water. This will keep your skin feel fresh and clean all day long.
• Equally mix cucumber and lime juice and put it on your face or on our skin. Leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with Luke warm water or cold water.
• Make a paste of clean Holy Basil leaves and apply it on your paste. This is a good remedy for drying up pimples.
• Rub pulp of papaya on your face or on your oily skin. Leave it for sometime. Wash it off with water. Do it every 2 to 3 days to make your face free of pimples or acne and make your skin glow.
• Apply thin slices of apples on your skin to control oily shines.
• Before applying makeup, apply juice of cucumber on those areas of your face which are more prone to produce oil

like forehead, chin, or on your nose and prevent yourself from looking patchy.
Thanks

Knowing your skin type os not difficult.

If it stains uniformly with oil it is oily skin
