This is a role located in Lekki for a Trainee Account Executive. The Trainee Account Executive will be responsible for supporting account management, maintaining positive client relationships, preparing and delivering presentations to clients, assisting in business development activities, and ensuring that clients’ needs and objectives are met effectively. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, managing administrative tasks associated with client accounts, and contributing to strategies that drive client satisfaction and business growth.



Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach
Ability to prepare and present professional, engaging presentations and reports
Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office tools

Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

The Production Officer use their understanding of ingredients and food preparation to bake cakes, create artistic decoration designs, decorate cakes in accordance to customers’ specifications and preferences, and freestyle where customers have not provided any specifications. The position is responsible for the preparation and baking of all cake products. The Production Officer will also recommend suitable design options, and prepares all materials and equipment required for cake decoration. The position requires adherence to health and safety standards, and the maintenance of cleanliness of work stations while executing duties. In addition, the Production Officer must be familiar with decorating and modeling tools, have knowledge of various design techniques, and should possess excellent customer service skills.
The Production Officer will report to Cakeflair’s Operations Manager.


Qualifications:

o Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management, Bakery and Confectionary.

o Certification course in cake decoration and/or pastry arts.
o 3 – 5 years previous experience with cake decoration in a bakery, catering outfit or hotel.
o Previous experience working with various decorating and modeling tools.


Skills:
o Creative and detail oriented. Also must have a steady hand when using different decorating materials.
o Time Management. The position requires focus on different activities at the same time, and the ability to adjust as required to accommodate shifting priorities.
o Flexibility. Ability to fulfill long working hours to meet customers’ deadlines. Work hours can last anywhere from 8 to 16 hours, and work days include Saturdays, Public Holidays and may include Sundays, depending on work schedule and customers’ delivery deadlines.
o Initiative and Problem Solving. Ability to work with minimal supervision and with problem solving mindset.
o Customer Focused. Excellent customer service skills. Work effectively with external customers to meet expectations and timely resolve any issues.
o Effective Communication. Effective written and spoken communication (including chats and voice notes) with the production and delivery teams, and also with supervisors, to ensure team goals and deadlines are always met
