No. DoD of lead acid is about 50%, lithium is damn near close to 100%.

Also, anytime you deep discharge a lead acid battery, there's some serious irreversible damage to it.

Here's a chart showing capacity of lead acid, lithium, and sodium under different conditions and discharge rates.

There's absolutely no reason to buy tubular in 2025.

Bluetooth bms is editable which aint cheap and it is the best.
Your inverter which most likely will cut off at 10.5v is far far better than dumb bms that most invest on. Unless its lvd is above 2.5v other most of them are 2.5v per cell.

Only certain inverters of lower wattage usually cut off at 9 or 9.5v.

Confirm the lvd of ur inverter first though almost all 1.5kva and above should have lvd of 10.5 or 11v.

It all depends on what is more suitable for you, from your personal point of view ......weighing the cost and the stress involved.

Of course,the other option is to use your present inverters as @dollarnaira said.
However to avoid undue stress on your BMS and the batteries


* you and the other users of the inverter can act as a human BMS to enforce the LVD( cos some units can drain your battery to 10v before disconnecting).
OR
* Get an external LVD
OR
* Get a battery bank that will conveniently power your loads without any significant drop in the voltage.


Personally,after weighing the above options especially the bolded part and the cost of the Lithium battery i realised that the @Dam5reey1 option was better for me.

This shouldn't be a problem.I have electricity for about 20hours daily and enough panels as well.My old AGM ( Trojan 6v 315ah) just got depleted and I am considering changing toFP instead of tubular.

My battery had only dropped below 11v once in years.

Cut the stress get a new inverter, Hybrid with MPPT top Choice.

Since you have Controller already, You can use those inverter however you should not charge with them.

Just be mindful of the LFP you buy, it must support low voltage cut of at 10V.

One of my tubular battery water levels is down. I watched several YouTube videos and found out it's a DIY.

Is there any reason why I should not do it myself?

Also, the second battery's water level has not reached the red mark. Do I need to top it so both batteries hit the green mark?

Multimeter reading of battery at the terminals of battery also different from both the inverter and charge controller, please any explanation for this?

They all different by 2 units, multimeter would measure 13.6 while inverter 13.4 and charge controller 13.2.

Please help, pros in the house.
Tubular battery water ran dry. Initially, battery wasn’t getting charged thru the grid any longer due to failed grid switch But it was getting charged cy the solar panels. Was getting depleted and discharging quickly at night.

Just topped up with 10 ltrs of distilled water, got a surge protector and it charged via grid to 12.5v during the first night and after that only charges through solar panel and discharges from 13.4 to 12.1 without even any load or usage. Grid also doesn’t work again even though it shows cgjarging indicator light at night.

I have not used it for 3 days and it is still at 12.5v.

As you can see from the manual the total voltage that can brake the controller is 190v. Even if you think it In a lay man point of view will powmr create a controller that will work well with 150v in some settings and get burnt in 105v settings when they both use the same Hardware

Sir the max voltage of powmr 60A CC is 150v(for the old models). The charging profile is where changes occur for 12v is max 600w for 24v 1200w for 36v 2160w and 48v 2880w. This are the supply powers to the battery.what the guy should do is to take a test first for his panels, reading the voltage and amps coming from the connected array, to know if they are connected properly.

I use a powmr 60amps mppt charge controller connected to a 24v system I used 3panels of 280w voc of 39v in series but it’s generating max 63w

My 2016 toyota highlander car Ac had issues and the AC technician replaced some parts and forgot to clip the radiator hose. My car overheated on the high way and it started complaining of Camshaft timing after scan.
Camshaft changed two different times and it didn't work out.
the stupid mechanic removed the engine metal claiming it is the culprit making the grinding sound on cold start and the grinding sound still persist on cold start though car engine is running fine but camshaft check light is on.

Should I plan on buying a new engine since the metal had been replaced? though the mechanic said he replaced with original metal.

Please my Boss GAZZUZZ, Kingreign and others I need advice 🙏

He was a fresh passport applicant. A fresh Nigerian passport applicant is not required to attach an application letter to his or her application.
