This is bull shit, if boboye were to be an ordinary citizen will he get it for that N6, 500 ? Can he deny that he doesn't know there is corruption in his office? I wounder when we nigerians will start being honest to ourselves. It's new drivers licence really important? Dont we have our biometric data from the national ID card, voters card , banks e. t. c.
