Stop saying what u do not know u b.astard. Okorosha out of selfishness and political prostitution left the only that made him who he is today.

Peter Obi made okorosha governor. The records are there. Even if okorosha is the only igboman remaining it will still not work according to ur wish. There are so many decent and sane igbos to aspire to that office and not an unlettered potbellied aboki. So stop talking nonsense

[lte authAbagworo post=30938867]

Abagworo has never started anything please. We should always try and be truthful. The problem I had with Chino and co started because of my frankness in analysis. Okorocha was not the Governor then and Amaechi was still in PDP. The whole issue was about Peter Obi and as at then I was always in Nnewi for a reason I wont disclose here. I believe in saying tge truth and leading by example.

1 Like Rochas I believe some Anambra leaders like Peter Obi and Victor Umeh are deliberately trying to frustrate the emancipation of Igbos in Nigeria. Their attitude in APGA by trying to control Okorocha led to the party's demise in Imo State.

2 The refusal by Mbaise Catholics for Awka Bishop can only be adjudged as wrong if an Mbaise is allowed to be a Bishop in other diocese across Igboland. The Mbaise Catholics are not only against Anambra but also against bringing Bishop from Orlu or even Owerri because they have excess Catholic priests.

3 I love all Igbos and Hausas and every ethnic group in the world but wish Igbos quick recovery from self inflicted political irrelevance.

4 Our closest bait to possibility of an Igbo emerging President is Rochas Okorocha. I am against anybody trying to kill that dream.
It is proven u work in a cafe that aside.
After the creation of the states we have Onitsha which is most planned city in east and Awka planned by UNHABITAT and now the fastest growing city in the east.

Malawian:
chistateam a civil engineer, i know what city planning entails. lets not argue blindly, in the old anambra and imo states, we had enugu and owerri as rivals, but with the excision of enugu, what do we have?
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast:
Stop saying what you do not know..Onitsha is the most planned city in the east check your google earth since u work in a cafe.

Awka was planned by the UNHABITAT to be the finest city around. Now ACDA is implementing the masterplan for our major cities.

Travel home and stop basing your statement on few selected pics.

Anambra beats imo state hands down in every sense of development and advancement.

Onitsha is a single city in the SE that has the largest bank networks and corporate society, SEC, NSE etc. So its not a residential city but a mixture corporate and economic city.

[toundsr=Malawian pot=30937758]
anabra would match imo mansion for mansion, etc. but the general layout of our cities are a bit different. we had enugu to compete with the old imo, but with enugu leaving the old anambra state, we never had another city that was well planned.

onitsha is planned, but it was just as a residential city.
@ budda Stop complaining all the time and start attacking anybody that attacks you or your people.

Stop being passive and start being active. That is the way to go. If somebody pinches you once pinch the person twice. That way you are sending the message directly.

Finally whether you accept it or not we are not the people with them.

Are u saying that the American trainers asked them to be running away from boko haram?

[1quote author=abdnMe post=30933045]If you think of it, the irony is that

- before US military instructors were allowed to come "train" Nigerian soldiers, our boys were successfully tackling rebel militias and warring factions in places like Liberia and Sierra Leone

- after US instructors were allowed to come "train" Nigerian soldiers in "counter-insurgency", our boys were running away from rag-tag hitmen (in exactly the same way US-trained Iraqi soldiers run away from insurgents) until local hunters and vigilantes come to help.
I dont care if anybody likens owerre to Jericho afterwards we have nothing in common with that useless state but my concern is dragging Anambra along with it. Say whatever you want to say or commend whatever you want to commend but leave our dear state out of it.

I have a duty for what am doing and I will always do it to my satisfaction without caring how you or anybody feels about it.

winniz:
The first person to jump into this thread was Chino because someone commended Owerri.
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast: 5:28am On Feb 21, 2015
Firstly I am not budda nor odenigbo nor chino. I am oneeast.
what I am doing is a task that must be done am happy each time that task is fulfilled to my satisfaction. Since you useless imo people will not stop then oneeast and insurgents will not stop.

Its fun doing what makes you happy-Sphinx

cooltone:
Chino aka one east, Buddha monk, nri priest, odenigbo Aroli etc the Igbo version of musiwa doing what he knows best. But Bros Chino them swear for you with Imo state. I can't imagine what led to this level of obsession about Imo state. My advice is that you shouldn't commit suicide because of Imo state.
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast:
These are what our rural roads look like in Anambra. A properly marked roads

Imo state can only dream about this sort of roads. If not show me any of such road in the entire Imo state.

What is the semantics of development and advancement again? Somebody should start talking to me about it..

Imo state remains our under dog when it comes to development and advancement in every sense of it.

PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast:
We didnt ask you to show us government house because even our new government house beats everything you have to show. I want you to start showing us hood where average people live and not selected pictures of your refurbished government house.

Below are some of the hoods in Anambra..

RareDiamond:
AT CHINO DIKE WHICH PART OF ANAMBRA STATE LOOKS LIKE THESE PICTURES OF OWERRI.

PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast:
Can you show me decent hoods as this in entire Imo state. Anambra is by far ahead of Imo state in all ramifications. Go figure.

Even 1/3rd of Imo state population has invaded Anambra to live and earn a living whereas you cannot find a single Anambran anywhere in Imo state..what does that tell you? People go to where there is development and advancement. The same reason people go to Lagos.

To be fair, I can only genuinely concede that Imo state is by far ahead of us in prostitution and brothel business.

RareDiamond:
Can you point ANYWHERE IN ANAMBRA STATE THAT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL LIKE THIS PICTURE OF AN AVENUE IN NEW OWERRI ? I GUESS NOT. THIS IS BECAUSE IN TERMS OF PLANNING, INFRASTRUCTURE, HOSPITABILITY AND BEAUTY, Imo State is far ahead of Anambra State but Anambra State has more Industries that Imo State.

PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast: 8:10pm On Feb 20, 2015
I don't care! cool

customized13:
OK grin grin

Awka can be likened to Texas.
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast: 8:08pm On Feb 20, 2015
I am not interested in what you are saying but I stand for the truth always and nothing but the truth! That is why I cannot stand falsehood. When abgworo posted a bad bridge in Imo state and termed it Anambra, I immediately came in to disprove it with pictures.

By the way change log on your desola monika let us have some time out.

customized13:
OK, chino.

Anambra is the best in world.

Akwa obi atogwo le gi?
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast:
My friend you are not making any point. Contemporary wise do you mean those old ikwerre type houses that filled up the entire landscape of Owerre? You are goofing my friend.

Lemme tell you Awka alone has some of the most modern architectures one can find in the SE. I am not making mouth but the type structures and edifices that is springing up everyday is even amazing me. Go figure

Or is it road and bridge infrastructures..Anambra beats Imo state hands down in that area too. Anambra has the best road infrastructures east of the Niger. FACT.

I will keep repeating it, Anambra beats Imo state in every sense you want to reason it except brothels and prostitution.

customized13:
This is what I am trying to let chino understand, anambra is very important to southeast economically but can't be compared to imo based on comtemperorary infrastructures. Chino doesn't understand this.

I wish every part of southeast rapid development. I mean well for each an every state in southeast, I just needed to clear chino on somethings.
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast:
Onitsha is a mega city that is rated among the 5 fastest developing cities in the world with five star hospitality facilities and malls. Google is your friend... Go figure..

It is the only city east of the Niger with 10 lanes super-highway that navigates through it. No other SE city or town can boast of such..FACT! lol

The only thing Imo state has over Anambra is brothels and prostitution outside these two Anambra beats it down in all areas. FACT!

customized13:
Really, I think only market women and automobile spare part dealers will be the others that see it that way grin

Anambra must be a really big open market to them.

Can onitsha even boast of three dualized roads apart from onitsha-enugu expressway?
The United Nation,UN Habitat has rated the commercial city of Onitsha among the five fastest growing cities in the world. The photographs of the cities will be formerly displayed in Shangai, China in October during the world exbition to mark the UN-Habitat Day.

The UN-Habitat team led by a famous international photographer, Mr. Alessandro Scotti disclosed this during a courtesy call on Governor Peter Obi at the Government House, Awka.

According to Scotti, the other four cities are in Morocco, China, Malaysia and Brazil. He said Onitsha was chosen for the project because of its peculiar significance and noted that its display to the world will showcase its unique attributes.

Mr Scotti who thanked Governor Obi for establishing collaboration between Anambra State and UN-Habitat, noted that the project will further strengthen the partnership aimed at developing the city and the state.

Responding, Governor Obi said the choice of Onitsha for the project was a further sign of world’s recognition and interest in the state. He explained that the state’s partnership with UN-Habitat has restored hope that the state will be rebuilt in an organized manner and restated the commitment of his administration to rebuilding the cities in line with structural plans.

Earlier, the Commissioner for Lands, Mr. Peter Afuba said the recognition of Onitsha and Anambra State was a result of Governor Obi’s efforts and recorded achievements in town planning.

Like as I said I dont care where u choose to go but I will not stop saying it the way it is.

Anambra beats imo state hands down both economic and serenity wise.

It is not my fault that I and others see it differently.

The only thing I can concede is that imo state has more brothels and more prostitutes. Fact!

customized13:
And I am telling you that Imo and enugu state will first come to mind if anybody think of going for a vacation in southeast before ana mbra.

Its not my fault peoole see it that way and its never my fault that it gives you sleepless nights.

Imo state is more contemporary than anambra, deal with it.
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast: 7:35pm On Feb 20, 2015
Hurt? Maybe u dont know me. Lol. Both economically and serenity Anambra beats Imo state hands down. Proliferation of brothels everywhere is not equal to serenity. I am for the truth.

sete author=customized13 post=30923524]you are the hurt person here nigga, hurt people twist facts to suit their ego. Anambra is economically more viable than IMO but can't compete IMO in serenity in anyway.

That fact remains, whether it suits you or not.
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast: 7:23pm On Feb 20, 2015
I am not saying it for any reason whatsoever. .but I say it the way it is without mincing words. I dont care whether anybody feels hurt with the facts am saying.

customized13:
I should believe it because you said it or because I am blind to see things myself? Please stop making yourself happy.

Why did you edit my moniker?
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast: 7:15pm On Feb 20, 2015
I dont care if you want to live in the moon but Orlu is far below Nnewi in whatever sense you want to look at it.

customized13:
This reply doesn't dispute the fact that orlu remains more scenic than nnewi and nnewi doesn't have a dualized road. Aba for example has lot more banks, economic activities etc than owerri, but I will rather live in the later.
PoliticsRe: Few Pics From Imo State by oneeast: 7:05pm On Feb 20, 2015
Orlu can be compared to Ekwulobia. Nnewi has greater development, economic activities, mall and thrice the number of banks in Orlu.

customized13:
I think orlu now looks more scenic than nnewi, I don't think there is a dualized road in nnewi ( not sure though), because I didn't see any the last time I visited.
