Siting of Raddison Blu and Shoprite there is part of the smartcity they are developing to stretch to GRA phase 2 even up to Akpaka forest reserve where they want to develop luxury apartments.

Raddison blue hotel, and the shopping mall Onitsha will look lovely, I like the way they sited both at the same area.

I think u got it all wrong there. That new govt house was styled after the Whitehouse in DC. The lake resort will be another wonder to behold. I think they are doing landscaping now.

The race is between Buhari and Atiku. If they go by vote purchase Atiku will win by wide margin. And if Buhari wins Atiku will move immediately to PDM. It is a standby party he prepared in case anything goes against him.

I learnt most of them are working at Sabmiller and some are equally with Orient Petroleum. Many more Oyibos go still enter Onitsha because Distell is coming on stream by march next year by then Raddison Blu and Shoprite would have been completed.

Nwanne mu I am on it, there is serious road work, 3-arms zone going on right inside the greenwood. I need to go back there with good digital camera that can zoom far distance..because of the construction going on there one cannot get too close due to the excavation going on there.

Dont be deceived by mere labelling. Nkpor, Obosi etc are just the periphery of Onitsha just that there exists tribal differences. It is no different from when You label Diobu a different town from Port-Harcourt or Ariaria a different town from Aba.

This town despite having one of the best plan when viewed through google earth maps is filled with decrepit & very bad roads, both state & federal. This I.d.i.o.t.i.c fool has no single legacy after ruling for eight good years! I believe karma will not forget him.

I don't think Orji is all bad. What will you say about Okorosha who has borrowed over 200billion but still yet you cannot find anything on ground. All their roads are deathtraps including state and federal.

What he posted is very much out-dated. The current GDP as at 2011 Anambra is topping the chart as the SE largest economy.

it's very obvious that all the oil producing states got higher rating from ur post. Oil contribute to 90-96% of Imo and Abia's economy. And this is the reason why they top Anambra in the above post. Remove the oil and you can never compare the both economy to that of Anambra.
