after a careful observation of different pictures from the eastern, western and northern region, the east is far more developed, with better neighborhood. The north comes second with mainly government project. The west didn't show anything, and they are least developed.

Lagos was a former FCT, so it cannot be called a western development only. please my western brothers, stop fighting with the east and learn to develop your region.

I have to disagree with you. In my opinion, SW is above North right now. The reason being that all regions have government projects and built, so all of them could have eaaily hidden behind that but they didn't. the fact the quotasystem guy is hiding behind that and refuses to show ordinary individuals living area says a whole lot and leaves much to imagination.

Judging from this thread alone, I'm rating it SE first, SW second and North last.

Do you even understand what this thread is about? It said RESIDENTAL NEIGHBORHOOD. SE has been providing just residential neighborhood of their area, and non governmental properties. Orem decided to show us residential neighborhood of SW, where is your northern residential neighborhood at? Stop hiding behind government bridges, universities and houses, we want to see RESIDENTAL NEIGHBORHOOD. We want to see where the ordinary people live.

Are there no Residential neighborhood up north?
