It is not hard atall, simple as anything. It is the tribe of Shaba, or Sheba, or Sechaba, or Saba, or Chaba, or maybe Yaba depending on your accent, that owns warri. It can also be said that it belongs to BaNtshu/Blackness, Falcon people owns it and everything far beyond Warri and the whole of all the 196,940,000 mile/sq. Now, who is the Custodian of that land called Warri? Why worry when You wholly own 196,940,000 sq/mile?
