Wats d physique of ursef and ur dh? Nt all children have the so called societal rating weight. Pls we all grow differently, as long as ur baby look healthy and u feed well, b rest assured everytin is fine.
And medically, we don't advice teething powder or drugs for d kids cos nt ll baby even manifest any sign nd symptoms while feeding.

It's a bit too early for colic IMO. It is possible he's not getting enough bm in the 1st place hence the *incessant* crying and sucking.

He may also be generally uncomfortable with the environment which could cause lack of sleep! although generally at that age they don't sleep much. How many layers of clothes is he wearing? Is the room airy(shouldn't be too cold or windy oh)?

If you're extremely concerned by his not pooing maybe you should see a Dr.

pls mama's i need advice on what to do, i do lactate very well bt d tin jst stop like 2 days ago, i don't know why, am using amoxillin tablet bcs i have wound, n i was tod to take it, pls could dat be d cause? happy Sunday to all mama's out dre. Pls am a bit worried about my 3 month and 5 days old baby, his neck is nt yet strong to hold the head. Pls should i be worried or not?

Below is a guide of what poop should look like. Does his resume that below? Is it a watery consistency (is he still having the diarrhea)?

His neck muscles aren't yet strong, which is probably why he can't hold his head up. yet. Keep supporting it.

the poop is still the yellow one, soft bt not as watery as the one he poo wen he has diarrhea den, he was dehydrated den. Bt now he poo d yellow soft one after each breastfeed. N shd i be worried abt abt his neck muscle not strong yet, he will be 3 month on Tuesday.
