Let's discuss exit strategies! Do you have a method for exiting a position, do u wait till u get a revesal signal or do u have predefined exit when u open a position?

I have since realised that the exit point is far more important than the entry point, in fact u can afford a poor entry point but poor exit can lead to a bunch of not so desirable outcomes!

the only time i think about take profit is when price has moved to my area of either
trendline or weekly resistance/support level and at time i just close it when i
see that the way the market is movement is not favourable for me.
But the truth remains that when market is moving i always want to movement to continue and
not stop not until when i see that it has seriously moved
against me that is when i will now close the trade
that is why when price is moving, i always adjust my stop so that even if market goes against
me, my profit is still protected

well i have decided to turn the domain into a blog which will have google adsense on it and either write or outsourced article based on my research that i found out about the domain.

When trading gold, you have to be ready to use enough stop of between 50-100pips because the movement of gold can first move 30-50 pips in the opposite direction of your trade before resuming its normal movement....
that is what av learnt from trading gold...

next target for ej is 129.46 for either a break of the level or a reversal which will lead toa buy

Three reasons why price could be heading for 1371 are 1, it is the next fib level 2, it is the next horizontal resistance 3, it is the resistance of the upper TL of the channel. If that channel is broken, then gold is headed for the moon with a long term view of 149x/15xx as it would have broken the mast of the currently forming bullish flag!

Here is my analysis on gold for this week.

As we know that on friday, gold went on a nice thrust up tough i lost the
trade as a result of my stop been hit on the buy trade that i took...

From my chart below you can see that price broke through the 1322 and also the trendling drawn on the
chart, this shows that there would still be an upward movement to at least the next weekly resistance which is
1337, so what am hoping to like happen will be for price to get to at least 1340 before heading back down

But been that am kind of bullish on this pair, what am expecting to happen is to see a move down on gold
to 1325-1327 area which is where i will be taking my buy for a move up to 1340 which if broken will lead to a more upward movement which is 1427.

so watch out for either price retracement to 1325-1328 area or either a break or rejection of 1337-1340 area.
