Did you pay online or in bank?

Cos I've been going to bank consistently in Lagos and attempting on the US visa site that directs to gtb? No joy!

Why have we not been able to make payment for US visa since over a week both online and in bank? And nobody is saying or doing anything about it.

GTB keeps saying it's from the embassy's end.
