CraigB:

You are a time waster.

You wasted your time and now you are wasting ours.

is the sole reason why Chris came here and quoted something that does not exist.

Do not tell us what said. Give us the exact provision of the constitution that entitles your president to wear military uniform. There is no such provision. What do the words of the provision say?

The fact that Jonathan is the Commander in Chief is not in dispute. We want support for the argument that he is empowered by the constitution to wear military uniform.

That provision (unless you can produce it) is non-existent.

If you do produce it, yes I am ignorant (of your constitution), as I should be - being a foreigner.
Chapter VI THE EXECUTIVE ,Part I Federal Executive ,A The President of The Federation ,section 160-powers and procedure, section 161-interpretation.

in military matters? No. All he does he think up what needs to be done. Eg invade iraq it is then up to the generals to think up the plan and the soldiers to implement it.
i will advise you to read the Nigerian constitution, section 130,part 1,chapter vi under the special priviledges act.The right to wear mil. Uniforms is vested in the constitution.

Pls my guy, let's call spade a spade! Ghana today are far better off. They built and commission a Refinery within "A YEAR". Now, for how long have we been doing a turn-around maintenance before we now decided to be importing fuel... We need to hide our face in shame, Nigeria is just a toothless Dog!
that was an old refinery that was rejigged so as to refine the heavy crude(gravity 36 degrees) oil found in Ghana, earlier it was used to refine the sweet crude(bonny light gravity 9 degrees) imported from Nigeria.
