alabo1:Every sovereign country should have the right to associate with whomever they choose without being invaded by another country. The same way individuals have freedom of association. If a country does not want to associate with you (Russia), then that's on you. It's up to you to woo them however you can, certainly not invade them. And regarding the Mexico issue, first, two wrongs don't make a right in this your hypothetical case. I do not doubt that the US will be displeased if Mexico were to do such a thing but I also don't think they would invade Mexico if that were to happen. I'm sure they would apply all kinds of serious pressure but I don't think they would invade them. But even if they were to do so, the conclusion is the same. You don't excuse bad behavior because of a hypothetical "what-if". |
DonaTee:So if TB Joshua doesn't come out again to speak about the matter, God is stuck and can't do anything, even if there might be other Christians praying fervently about the issue? |
xolomonstrides:Isaiah didn't reverse it. Hezekiah's prayer did. My point is prayer changed things. In the same way, the prayer of the saints is able to change the eventual outcome of things. When God reveals something, it doesn't necessarily mean it's set in stone. |
Hero144:My point basically is this: that things change. When God gives a vision - as T B Joshua said he saw - it can be changed. It did in King Hezekiah's case. I bet a lot of the people saying all the things they are saying now against him didn't even watch the video. I watched the video and TB Joshua said he saw in a vision Hillary Clinton winning the election narrowly. He said that some other prophets had prophesied a Trump victory and that that wasn't necessarily wrong. That at the time they saw that, it was on Trump's side but it had shifted Hillary Clinton's way. I believe there was some divine intervention that changed things between the time he saw what he saw and election day. |
xolomonstrides:But the Prophet Isaiah also prophesied that King Hezekiah was going to die. Yet he didn't. Does that mean the prophecy wasn't from God? 2 Kings 20 |
