HOW MANY DAYS INSURANCE IS ADVISABLE FOR SOMEONE GOING FOR 2 DAYS CONFERENCE IN GERMANY ?

I booked hotel for 4 days and in my application am planning to write 4 days as the period am going to stay in Germany

So how will I buy 2 weeks insurance?

My fear is, the conference is free because it has to do with developing countries

My question is will they denied me visa because is free?

The date for the conference is 6th October and 7th

Will I be able to get appointment date and get a visa within this short period
