Hi kellorah, when advertising it not necessary narrowing down the number of people eligible, when a cv is submitted, it's the duty of the HR to scrutinize no matter the number of cv submitted that what he/she is been paid for, hence the HR will decide who to contact for face to face interview before the final decision shall be taken,is that clear?
