Since the 2015 presidential and state elections, Rivers state has been a hotbed for electoral/political violence perpetrated by state government sponsored criminal lowlives a.k.a. militants. I guess in the memory of this kpomo cutting clown, Buhari was the president in 2015 during those elections...
