Hi Wadogho, are your parents late? If yes, have the executors of the will been granted probate letters by the court? If yes, then the will is okay. A will can only be valid once the probate registry of the court registers it and grants the executors of the deceased estate probate letters to administer the will. However, if your parents are still alive then I suggest a gift deed would be more appropriate.

Good evening All, please I want to ask, when I'm indicating my ties to back hope, do I add it in my Statement of Purpose letter? And also my parents have landed property, Do I state that this property has been willed to me? Then I'd provide the necessary documents?
