In fact, as it stand now Alex Otti shouldn't ( doesn't ) have any case against Okezie Ikpeazu because there was already a re-run on those LGA based on Otti's faction concerns.

The LGA affected would vote 99% for Okezie Ikpeazu any time ( any day ) because they're 100% Ngwa, and no level of propaganda or false accusation would change that.

For somebody to be pushing for those 3 LGA results to be cancelled is unthinkable and will never happen.

include Fayemi vs Oni, in
which results were also
invalidated and Kayode Fayemi was returned as
having scored the
majority of lawful
votes, and INEC vs
Oshiomole, in which
results for Etsako Central, Akoko Edo LGA
and several wards were
cancelled yet Oshiomole
was declared governor.
Otti’s lawyers argued
that it is only when there is no winner of
majority votes and with
the constitutional
spread that rerun can
be ordered.

PDP seem to be too pained by the latest development. They are on every post lamenting. They met a formidable legal team in #teamalexotti, they have never had it so rough in Abia State. A road map has been clearly drawn on the way to Freedom by Dr. Otti. Abians will remain grateful to him for demystifying and dismantling the Electoral roadblocks in Abia State. The cross Appeal is a welcome development. You do not kill a witch halfway. You nail it and bury it. That's the succour that the Crossing Appeal will provide. WE AIM ABOVE THE MARK TO HIT THE MARK.
The truth of the matter is that there is NO time Dr Alex Otti has faulted the detailed ruling of the Appeal court which every informed legal opinion has hailed as a sound and epic judgement. What happened is that apart from the grounds of over voting upö which the court of appeal nullified the election in the 3 lGAsh we have other valid grounds upon which the same elections could also have been nullified.
These other grounds include the vexed issue of cancellation, de annnulment and multiple signing of result sheets.
The quesion is did we file a cross Appeal at the supreme court? YES WE DID!
What is the point? We aim above to hit the mark.
If you are shooting an enemy in war front and you have three bullets remainng, the best thing is to finish the bullets on the enemy and make sure they are comretely defeated.
My people, even though we know we are in good standing with the judgment of the Appeal court, we feel it necessary to give the Supreme court 3 more bullets to send pdp out of government house.
Dr Alex Otti will leave no stone unturned to liberate Abia people and stop the BLOOD TONIC syndrome. . .

At one of the meetings Eziuche Ubani suggested that I be assassinated and was supported by Chinwe Nwanganga of Ugwunagbo both Commissioners in Ikpeazu's temporary Government. After their riot yesterday following Dr Alex Otti OFR and APGA victory at the Court of Appeal another meeting was held at Eziuche Ubani's house last night where a list of APGA people to be kidnapped and assassinated was drawn up with me leading the list. I have just called Eziuche Ubani to inform him that his plans have come to my attention. I am making a detailed report/ petition but wish you to commence urgent investigation on this matter in order to save lives.
