I have Google, search for solution to na avail.

I have reset the the printer with buttons but from my search, it seems that I need this "Canon Service Tool" to finalize the reset.

I have downloaded a lot of files, but it's not opening.

Please if anyone has this software should help me.

From my search, I have downloaded ST4905, V.4718, V.4720.
None is opening on my PC.

Help me please my good people.
