About Cyber Corps Upskill & Enterprise Program

Cyber Corps Up-skill & Enterprise Program is a remote internship program focused on providing opportunities to participants to have hands on IT skills, entrepreneurial knowledge and industry experience. This edition in partnership with LCCI is designed to focus on Introduction to Cyber security.

Why Cyber Security Upskill?
Cybersecurity professionals who can protect and defend an organization's network are in high demand right now. A projected job growth showed that there will be 5.5 million unfilled cybersecurity jobs globally by 2025. The program was conceived and aimed at providing participants with on-the-job IT experience and certification prior to the engagement of their potential employers. It also provides the participants the platform to connect with peers, professionals, and their potential employers irrespective of their geographical location or genders.

Platforms for the program:

Program Delivery:
 Lectures are held twice on a weekly basis (Saturdays and Wednesdays)
 Recorded versions of the classes are to be sent across to participants after each class
 Links are created to collect projects/assignments given to participants during the program.
 Hands on Lab sessions are given to the participants at the end of each Module to submit a day before the next class.
 First Class in each session is theoretical and the next class for the same session is practical.
