you know nothing oga.. Only if u do, some of u guys here letting emotions becloud ur reasoning on NL won't even dare take sides in matters that are even next to being non-existent in da first place.
We dey wait 4 za next drama episode..
You are truly an impolite person, and to show your insincerity you did not/could not further reply the first person you attacked after she posted a polite response to you notwithstanding your accusation. Rather you are focusing your poison on a simple response that called you out. Stop being silly please.

@Phabulous88 @Zodiacwarrior

Any ideas the documents that I will need to show them at the bank asides my study visa ?

So that I will not have to go twice.
- Your International passport with your valid visa within
- Copy of your return ticket (It MUST be a return ticket. PTA is not given for one-way ticket).
- Your trip should be within fourteen days of your request for PTA. I suggest you apply for it on the 14th day to the date of your trip so that if there is any delay, it won't be so close to the date of your trip.

We were very good, all up till this year, if something had transpired between us would I come to Nairaland to be seeking for advice? I waited for 4months before I came here when a friend advised me to seek opinions on Nairaland, he gave me his supervisor number by himself and some other details which I could use this trying period. When I say family members are not saying anything, the last time I spoke to them which was yesterday they told me to move down to their house( family house), that I should not be worried or overthink anything that my husband is fine, I should just relax. Same thing they told my family but I do relax without been agitated. I won’t do anything bad to him, I just want to see the limit I can push him to make him talk and know what’s in dark, even if it’s a divorce. How do you file a divorce with someone that in incommunicado? Family members will now say I am not a virtuous wife( African mentality) they might even say I have someone I want to runaway with. The only thing his family have been screaming in my ears is to be patient and yesterday they told me to move my load and come and live with them.
It appears that the long-term plans your husband and his family had/has for you were made without involving you and your family. From all you have said and especially the above, I believe you are meant to be his Nigerian wife who will be based here, living with and for his family... to have his Nigerian/tribe/home children and perhaps live happily ever after.

If this is what you want, then move in with them and wait to hear from your husband whenever he reaches out to you. If this is not the life you have planned for yourself, then meet with your family first to discuss and determine the next steps. Definitely, if organized, they will want to meet with your husband's family, discuss, give deadlines, and go through all the works...Be prepared for it all. Eventually, more details will be revealed to you and you know the final decision to make concerning your future.

You have received all the information you need from NaiCanadians here. Life may be difficult here a bit but it is not terrible that you will be treated this way.

All I know is that you should choose what is best for YOU. Marriage is not meant to be lived like this. Mutual decisions should be reached. You cannot be raised by your parents to adulthood only to become foolish because of a man and what either his family or society thinks about you. Choose YOU FIRST! If it is your will to be a home wife, no problem so long as you find joy in it but if it is not, you came to this work with one name, one heart, and one brain....choose YOU FIRST!

To the men here who are sending her away, can't you just waka pass? Have her posts disturbed the flow of other conversations regarding living in Canada. Please have some empathy. Just pray that none of your loved females will ever be in such a forlorn situation where strangers would be their next best counsellors.
