Pls i need a ticket from Lagos to Germany. Departure is on 16th November 2018 and return 30th March 2019.

I have an existing travel health insurance from 12th October 2018 to 11th February 2019 (4months).
And i was ask to submit three months insurance and travel date.
Pls can they issue my visa if i am traveling on the 9th of November 2018?

I applied for a family reunion visa at the German embassy. I was ask to submit my passport, a travel health insurance and a travel date by german embassy.
I did a travel health insurance with departure date to be on the 12th of october 2018. I expected my visa but it was not sent. They delayed it for reason i dnt know.
Embassy wrote me yesterday to send a health insurance with a new date of depature.
I wrote the insurance company but unfortunately the start date of the insurance can not be changed but the end date can be adjusted to make it three months validity.
My question is if i can still use the insurance not minding the start date since it is still valid for three month.
