It makes sense if he can sponsor than using a nigeria resident sponsor unless the nigeria sponsr too got strong financial evidences and document.
your relative visa history and circumstances that made them became PR or citizen might affect your chances though. Apparently the person is on student visa (PhD) he lecture at a university in Australia. |
