yeah theyve started the calling for japan

please i received a text stating that i have been nominated and i should fill out the japanese scholarship form (MEXT) but what i do not understand is if i m to submit it to the FSB or to the embassy of japan because it was clearly stated on the form that we should submit to the embassy of japan.........so ild like if someone who has done this before could enlighten me

please i have already applied for this scholarship but then i figured out that the country i put as part of my application is not all that good. pls is there any way it can be changed?
