Tell me how the phone got stolen.

Coming from an outing, got home, picked up power bank then went outside to get something (left the door open, I mean I didn't padlock it), stayed outside for a while, got back in and stayed for awhile then wanted to charge it that was when I discovered the phone was gone.
Then I got mails that the iCloud password has been reset and find my phone has been disabled. The time those mails came in was while I was sitting outside. Na later I checked.

Apart from that, there's someone that knows much about all you do including your phone and your passwords or probably might have setup another password on your phone that you don't know, where did you kept the phone and who was with you that very time before you couldn't find the phone

No one was but the few mins I left my door open to get something, a new neighbor (girl) was there and then I was telling someone where I went to get something that I left my iPhone inside. I don't even know what to think but I'm suspecting her shaa, I haven't approached her yet, I spoke to the caretaker who said I should go to police. I'm thinking if it's her cause she was also with one guy like that, she'll use it and I intend to catch her then, that's if it's her. I also told some guys in the hostel so we are on a look out. I spoke to one old man around and he suggested I do some things and lay a curse on whoever did it but I think that's too far, we're all students here make person no go run mad or something ontop phone.
Someone here has volunteered help me track it for 15k. So he's on it. I just hope it comes out well.

Good morning, I have asked no valid response. I don't even know what to do. That they were able to reset my iCloud and disable find my phone on it so fast they baffle me.
I thought those things were impossible reason why people sell phones as iCloud locked.

Please how can I track it ? They have disabled find my phone on it, but I have been able to reset the iCloud password with another iPhone that my account was logged in.
I still do not understand how they were able to disable the find my phone on it without my phone passcode and even reset the iCloud password before I had to reset it again with another phone. Now I can see find my phone is off and I can't remotely turn it on.
