The Supreme court nullified Uche Nwosu nomination in AA on the account that he had contested for nomination under APC – The spirit of the law forbids anyone to contest for nomination under two or more parties in same election or even started the process of being nominated by procuring the nomination form.


If truly the bolded clause was made by the supreme court judge. Then Obeseki needs miracle to survive.

APC and PDP are just the same, 2 sides of the same coin, 2 Siamese co-joined twins with 2 separate heads but same body. That's why they can swap position from one side to the other so easily.
