As a social media manager at Maesan Consortium, you will be responsible for managing posts and responding to followers' comments and messages. You will manage our company's image to achieve our marketing goals. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Responsibilities. • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. • Set specific objectives and report on ROI. • Communicate with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews. • Oversee the company's social media accounts. • Suggest and implement new features and strategies to develop brand awareness. • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. • Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and plan digital campaigns to build community online. • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
