Fashion / Re: Lets Talk About Beads Here by openking89: 2:53pm On Sep 24, 2009
You could try using them to make cute keychains, as long as the bead isn't damaged then you can still use it for fashion accessories. If the beads are damaged then you could always put them in a large jar and collect them until you have enough and you could use them to decorate terracota planters using a little grout.

You have 4 options. One being a supplier to the mills. The second one is to help them sell their products. The third one is to use the output products of the mills myself as an input for my products ( We can discuss the products at a later stage). The fourth one is to be an owner of those mills. Logically, you will be in one of these 4 categories.

Option 1 (Supplier for these mills)

You can be either the farmer, broker for raw materials, sub-contractor for smaller operations, technology consultant, process consultant, warehousing person, supply chain manager or transportation & logistics provider for these mills.
Finally, you can be a lender to a beleagured mill which you believe is having hard times but has all the ingredients to stage a turn around. I admit that this is the riskiest thing to do.
You can make a choice based on your strengths and opportunities.

Option 2 (Selling their products):

You can be the Wholesale merchant or exporter or broker acting as an intermediary between the mills and end use customers.

Option 3 (Using the mill products yourself)

Start a Small Scale Enterprise on coir, doormats, rice bran oil, feed for cattle, handicrafts etc,

Option 4: (Owner of those mills)

This is a capital intensive option. And if you believe you can actuallu outplay the other mills, this is the most lucrative options.
