Rich4god: To answer this by augumenting the previous answer... The coy can offer free data on every recharge above 200NGN, with this data say, 30/50mb, the customer can get to test the speed and also bring down the price of your data to below what other network give so as to get customers interested. Some might think of advertising, but in Nigeria now, testing is believing...
ur on point but wat d coy shd do is do make awareness to its customers n give free data wen d customer recharge from #100 and the customers would know thru dis awareness dat d data speed n reduce the price of d data to other networks.i hope am in track......

ortodox: HSBC Bank Strives to Improve Customer Service Quality
Case Type: operations strategy; organizational behavior.
Case Interview Question: Suppose you are working for the internal Strategic Group of HSBC Holdings plc (LSE: HSBA, NYSE: HBC), a global banking and financial services company headquartered in Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom. The bank has around 7,500 offices in 87 countries and territories across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America and around 100 million customers. As of June 2010, it had total assets of $2.418 trillion.
Recently, HSBC Bank is facing a increasing number of problems with the quality of its customer service. Its customers are complaining about long waits on the phone, being transferred to multiple branches, separate accounts requiring multiple calls, etc. The customer service function is currently performed at each individual branch. The questions to you: How can HSBC Bank’s customer service be improved? What strategic plan would you recommend?
1) Recruit and train the right people
2) Recognise the importance of customer loyalty
3) Lead from the top
4) Listen to what your customers and staff are saying to you
5)Welcome complaints
6) Happy Staff = Happy Customers
7). Look at your processes from a customer and staff point of view
cool Measure your performance
i hope am on track
