REPORT ON THE DAY 1 FUTA 2016/2017 POST-UTME SCREENING:::

From the stable of the Financial Secretary FUTASUG, we are bringing this report to all other Nigerian students who are yet to sit for the FUTA 2016/2017 screening exercise.

Marching of students by the FRSC and Sheriff Deputies of the University commenced at exactly 6:46am. Most students were so eager to enter for the screening (Jambito tins).

The screening movement thus;

From North gate (Crown Gas) to FUTA Sport Complex to CCE Hilltop Auditorium, finally to Digital Resource Centre (DRC).

Sport complex ---- Students spent about 1hr 30mins, sitting down doing nothing at the sport complex.

CCE Hilltop Auditorium ---- Students spent about 30mins, sitting down and listening to orientation. All documents will be stamped and duly signed also.

Digital Resource Centre --- Students were been screened by different lecturers with each system with queue . ( one for Neco result, one for WASSCE result and the other for combine results).

All you need to bring along with the official arrangement is;



- O'level result(s) stapled with Scratch card(s)
- Jamb result
- FUTA Screening Schedule
- E-Tranzact slip.
- Jamb slip

Note that;

1). You're allowed to bring your phones, gadget or bag into the screening centre. No examination or test will be conducted. So don't waste your money or risk your belongings by dropping it with anyone.

2). You are not to buy O'level scratch cards in form of recharge cards or written pins.

3). You're not to purchase Jamb Scratch cards, it's not needed throughout the screening exercise.

4). The FUTA Students Union Government has already made a provision for transportation back to your various destinations at a very subsidized rate. The took off point is SUB frontage (The first building you will see immediately you enter through FUTA North gate with yellow and wine with tinted glasses).

For the waiting result applicants. You are to make photocopy of your O'level examination ID card and bring the photocopy to the screening centre.

For Change of Institution Students; Your are to bring the photocopy of your change of institution form.

This goes to all applicants coming from different part of the country,

• We understand the fact that you have no where to pass the night and of such, we don't want you to endanger your lifes or meet people who might hurt you.

• On this note, there is already an accommodation spaces for you guys (No limited space). Everybody will have a comfort space to pass the night.

• Also, transportation back to your various destination immediately after your screening will be available at the Students' Union Building Frontage (SUB), Obanla at a very subsidized rate.

• Your success and comfort is our almost priority.

• All you need to do[color=#990000][/color] is to contact us immediately you gets to Akure.

You must not miss your screening date and time.

You must be at the screening venue at least 30mins before your schedule time.

Screening venue is Digital Resource Centre (DRC), Obanla FUTA.

Make enough photocopies of your original documents, I.e Jamb Notification of Result, O'level Result, E-tranzact Payment Receipt, Screening Schedule Print Out.

If you have any problem with issues like; no batch number, screening date and time. Try to reprint your slip, it has been resolved.

No closing date for purchase of the screening form till the commencement of screening exercise.

Be careful of who you call or who you meet throughout your stay for the screening. FUTA admission is based on merit list and not runs, don't be victim of fraud. Be Wise.....
