But it's like dis process is for a major importer, esp. considering nos. 2 & 3 above.

. Pls so how do I know d seller of whatever item (stuff) I want to buy?

. Are there not portals like aliexpress thru which that one can sample several stuffs and eventually placing order ?

MTN caused a problem and now acting funny about my 2gb data. Pls urgent help!!!

To whom it may concern.

I hv mtn sim (0703...8888) running on iPulse tarrif plan with over 2gb active data got frm diff previous roll-over. This was due to expire July 14 2016 or I renew my subscription to avoid data loss. I hv always done d renewals very successfully and it automatically occurs between 12:15pm and 1:15pm once there is sufficient airtime balance.

However, since d early hour of yesterday, July 14 2016, say 2am, I had serious challenge on dis said line. I cant recharge airtime in readiness for d renewal, cant even transfer credit to d line, cant make calls, cant text, etc. I initially saw it as normal ntwk problem and expecting it to be over soon.

Trying to frantically guard against unexpected data loss, at about 9am, I had to use another mtn line to call mtn cs 180 lodging my complaints and fears. I was told there had bn such complaints frm other subscribers too and dat I should just relax being a general problem. Dat it wl be resolved before my subscription expires.

Trying to beat d subscription expiration (always between 12:15pm to 1:15pm) and to avoid story dat touches d heart, I called mtn cs again at about 10am but I was still asked to call back, dat their engineers are seriously working on it. Shortly after dis, I got a txt msg frm mtn acknowledging d issue (see screenshot below).

After an hour, nothing seems to have changed. I called again and was told same story. Being now more restless, I kept calling mtn cs almost every 1 hour interval, yet nothing changed.

D most incredible and sad part of dis long story is dat...... at about 1:18pm, mtn had d guts to send me a txt msg dat 'my renewal has failed.....' (See screenshot below) despite d problem to recharge is known to them and moreso dat d issue is not still being resolved. I called mtn immediately I got d txt but still same story of ...... d problem is being worked on.

As early as 3am dis morning (July15 2016) I called mtn cs again only to be told dat they cant access any info on my line at d moment to justify my complaints. And that I should continue to call back until they are able to access info.

Now, d question is when wl I know d time they wl be able to access info? Even if they are able to access info and they still claim they hv nt bn able, hw wl I know? Will over 2gb data go just like dat?

Mtn pls I need my data refund.

And are we saying if one keeps quiet on it, dat will not encourage d service providers to do d worse and careless d more for their subscribers knowing fully well they (d subscribers) hv no right to enforce?

And when would Nigerians start to exercise their simplest rights to hv value for their money?

And when do we start to hold our govt agencies (like NCC) responsible for not doing their job?

And why won't d up-coming generation always look out for loophole in d servers of d service providers to enable free browsing?

Ensure u tick 'usb debugging' inside d Settings. Once your phone is connected to d tv thru usb, otg or hdmi cable, u wl get a prompt on your phone and thereafter a pop up on your screen.

Since Saturday, I hv bn trying 2 do some transfer frm one of my accts 2 d other but no way thru it. Frm Diamond > Access, First Bank > Eco, Eco > Access, etc. using diff token, quickteller, etc. Up til tdy Monday Oct27, no way.

One of d token is even locked now in d course of trying it.

No, he didn't hv crushed limb & he's never taken it 2 traditional place. Since day one of d accident, he's bn on ex-fix & never marched d ground while I guessed, d doctors were consentrating on d wound which was classifies as 'extensive'

After a year & four months, bone graft was carried out & d ex-fix removed. Eight moths after dis (being two years of d incident), he was instructed 2 be bearing light weight on d leg. So for d past three months now, d more he does dis, d more pains (simply cos he was merely using d implant 2 bear weight) & discharge frm d wound areas. All d while, he hs bn placed on antibiotics ranging frm I.V. to oral till date.

D issue of d implant removal came in now when one of d doctors commented d bone isn't even showing any development or tendency of joining since d space is still there, yet infections on d other hand posing more challenge.

We have excellent orthopaedic surgeons in Nigeria so I find it hard to see the need to travel out.

We also strongly believe so. Bt a situation where we've spent fortune yet no one is sincere enough 2 let u know what obtains, it makes d whole effort futile.

If u can still make some recommendations, probably wt testimonies, we can all still look at it together.

He had broken tibia (bigger bone of d leg) wt wide space & massive wound around d lower leg for more than two years now & hv gone thru nt less than 5 major operations including skin & bone grafts.

He's bn managed under diff. doctors frm General to Private hospitals wt implant inside d leg yet nt back of feet after two years. He constantly experiences discharge on d wound due to acclaimed infections of d bone & d implant. He's often being placed on regular antibiotics to fight d infections.

Another doctor suggested lately dat d implant be removed 2 rid d infections even while wt wide space of un-joined two ends of d bones. Then a new bone graft may be necessary wt d need 4 backslap 2 temporarily hold d leg on doutside. Also possibility of plastic surgery on d un-healed wounds. And a few other things.

Having spent much on diff. phases of surgery as initially being suggested yet no major improvement, he's deeming it fit 2 probably seek better medical attention outside Nigeria where they may hv better facility & more knowledgeable professionals.

Pls does anyone know which country is very good at dis & probably where visa may nt pose additional challenge?

Good product. In my little assessment of d battery so far, I've playd 3d games wt it more than 3 hrs, videos for close to 4hrs. at another time, browsed more than 5hrs, on music still trying my long play list bt hv done far more than 7hrs. If left unused or just calls making, it last for days. So I don't think d battery is bad. Since I go out now more wt it I already gt a suitable powerbank for backup.

Btw. d tv is thrilling though its volume nt suitable for noisy environment. i amplified dis wt d bluetooth speaker I also gt frm them. very sweet combination. even u can record running prog. on your sd card (I bought add. 16gb frm them too).

My major challenge initially being ms word fonts looking so tiny on d screen bt I later gt 2 know hw 2 expand it. Still learning some features though.

In all, I recommend d group & their products.
