I am sorry that you are feeling unwell. Complaints are apparent and a doctor may have to examine and investigate you before digging out what is really wrong, if there is. You may easily feel your heartbeat but I doubt if you could say if it is regular or not. While it may be a little cumbersome, I would advise that you see a doctor in person as your complaints may signify a plethora of events, from the benign ones to the very worrisome ones.

Leukopenia simply means low white cell count. While there are a number of conditions that can lead to that, I reckon that the doctor has considered the values as well as his clinical presentation before coming to the conclusion that there is no cause for alarm. My advice is that he listens to his doctor. If he is very sick, however, he could consider seeing another.
