First school leaving certificate is easy to get back, just go back to your primary school or local government school around your area to obtain one, for waec and first degree and nysc if you lost it sorry for you, you can never get it back, you can only get an attestation or to whom it may concern. Waec told me that they can only issue another certificate if the former certificate got burnt and you must have a piece from the fire to show that it got burnt and that piece must contain your registration number not just any part of it. I always advice you scan and save your document in your mail box.

How did you go about it? I lost mine in a fire to ashes when BH attacked my LOC.

he couldn't find it the locker he kept it.

what way can one have it back?

Very simple. FSLC refers to primary school certificate.
He should go to the education authority of the local government where he attended primary school and tell them. He'll pay like 5k to get a new one. I did it so once.
