This is not true. Stop spreading this misinformation. They're a lot of northern folks taking residence in Europe, America, Asia and other parts of the world. You sit in your room, untraveled and think northerners are savages, cut from civilisation.

Most northern go to Africa countries and if they leave outside Africa then it’s mostly Northern government scholarship things for them unlike Southern government
