Please who else's place of issue states UKVI 01 on visit visa? All my previous visas showed Lagos as the place of issue. I'm due to travel in two days and I just want to confirm this isn't a mistake. Thank you.

i renewed my b1/b2 visa last year july and the purpose was to visit my family friend in new york..... i couldnt go at the time and now i'm planning my trip to chicago for august for vacation for 2 weeks.. do i need to send a change of intent/destination email? if yes,what email address can i send it to? thank you.
