It is opening now,actually I registered for pdg chemical engineering,but the portal still not that good cos the download of the forms aren't working at all,but the one I downloaded some few months ago is of still use,mind you,you need to collect another password from the site again,but your username will still be intact,That's if and only if you have been doing the registration before the crash down of the portal.
