Vitex balances hormones and its not for Fibroid, read about the alligator pepper/ginger therapy used for shrinking fibroids.... you can try clean point as well though it shrinks fibroids of 2-3cm....you might as well read about fibro defence.....

meanwhile, i did a scan this month and the doctor said am fine, no pcos and that he saw small fibroids which has already shrinked of which i was not aware of or did anything specially to shrink it except use clean point like twice a month and i assumed that could be what shrunk it....meanwhile i told him i use to have pcos and he doubted me and said he would like to see my medical history....lol.....with patience and knowledge we can overcome a lot of things.

Good morning, mamas. I hope we had a good night rest. Please i need assistance. Af came on Tuesday evening and the pain was something else. I expected it because the sugary things i took last month is enough to open a sugar factory. So i decided to try the garlic, ginger tea. OMG! After taking it, it was as if the pain decided to come with its family. I resorted to taking good ol' and trusted felvin. Unfortunately, good ol' felvin has dried up the blood. Just little coming out now. Please i need suggestions on how to make it flow. Should i continue the ginger garlic tea? Any other thing? Read mama fvine talking about pineapple. Please answer me if you have an answer. Make the thing flow o. Nothing must hinder ovulation this month. I regret taking the felvin but the pain was already dragging me to the world beyond. TIA

felvin is not good to take during AF while ttc,it affects the progesteron.take ordinary paracetamol instead

just came bk frm d hosp,doc dis test,he inserted one instrument,e kon tourchlight am too ,later he put cotton wool with his hand.in conclusion,he sed i av infection due to some changes in hormones.they gave me Gyno-tiocosid insertion to b used for 3 days and told Dh to stop kpekusin wit me till i stop d discharge.thanks ma'am

A day or two after d deed, I will just see better ewcm.
So stretchy and plenty. When I showed him once, he stopped pouring inside n it stopped. But I didn't smell it.
He has resumed pouring and it didn't start again.
Just watch it and see. But I think it's no cause for alarm.

i usually see the beta ewcm just like you av described like two day after the deed,buh i think dis one is his semen cos it looks and smell like it,it came out and stopped.i will keep my fingers crossed and make sure he doesnt pour inside again.thank you ma'am for the response.....pls is it advisable to drink yogourt?

@breadplanets,d first doctor i met almost did the same tin to me,infact,he xcused himself for me to c the owner of d hospital who is a gynea...The gynea advised me to stay until 1 year but if im in haste i shd chk bk if i dont get my bfp b4 june.i started praying and took the courage to start takin pregnacare conception in march,dat same month,i got my bfp.if all tests n scan shows notin is wrong,try a fertility booster...baby dust

You guys won't believe I am typing from hospital bed now, devil wanted to strike again but God is greater than him.
After posting here I decided to bathed in preparation for work,lo and behold water started gushing out of my vagina,it was with haste I woke Dh up and we headed for d hospital. Luckily for me I met d consultant he requested for vaginal examination coz deh were already diagnosing PROM( I reject it for every mothers here ijn), deh later discovered dat wat I was seeing was vaginal discharge coming out in form of water( in fact deh z d discharge is plenty),he ordered for a swab test still waiting for result, I also did scan baby is doing fine, OS is closed and amniotic fluid is adequate bt deh've spoilt my hands with drip coz deh couldn't locate my vein easily. Whether devil like it or not come September 2016 my Testimony ll be perfected.

The devil is a liar,he will never succeed in his plans,u shall deliver safely at your due time in Jesus name

Must be the effect of the long constipation. Try and drink loads of fruit juice today so that your bowel can be completely emptied..drink water too.

Henceforth try and avoid foods that will constipate you bread for eg. Eat it moderately. Ensure you have fruits and vegetables daily. Plus at least 1 big Eva bottle of water... Note at least

You really really need your prenatal vitamins especially folic acid, as it is very essential in this 1st trimester. I am 10 weeks to, and I used to get that nauseous feeling too but what I did was to start taking d drugs at night after dinner instead of taking them during the day. That way I didn't feel the nauseous effect that much.

Sorry to ask o, but what exactly does your doctor have against pregnacare? Maybe U should find out. But in my honest opinion, it is you, who is pregnant that needs it because eating well can be a huge issue due to morning sickness n all. Anyways I'll let other experienced Mamas advice u more.

My doctor also asked me to stop taking pregnacare.... Reason being that the dosage of the vitamins in it are not enough for we African mothers... Especially the folic acid and iron...

I think you should tell him to give you reasons why he asked you to stop it...

thank you ma,i av started taking only the folic acid and multivite back,threw others away last week cos i couldn't bear seeing them around,my next ANC is nextmonth,would be past 1st trimester by then

My doctor was against pregnacare too. He said coupling different drugs into one cannot allow you to measure both breakdown of the drugs in the system and how much of each component the body absolves. Meanwhile, taking [color=#006600][/color]each separate tablet can help you measure how much of each component the body is absorbing and breaking down.
My advise is for you to take folic acid at least once a day. It's a small tablet. I'm guilty of missing a few but I still took it as much as I could
