My house assistants work conditions;

1) My two house assistants were adults.

2) They signed a formal contract to work for/with me.

3) Work hours are 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri, and on days where they worked beyond 6pm, they were paid for extra hours. Mostly days we bulk cooked or had a lot of deep cleaning to do.

4) They were entitled to breakfast and lunch.

5) They handled everything but cooking and caregiving. Errands, sweep, mop, market pickup (I have a shopper, they only pickup from her), iron clothes, clean general areas. They never washed or ironed adult clothes.

6) They were paid above minimum wage. 100k/month to be very specific. N40,000 biweekly. N20,000 was kept aside as their pension, payable with its accumulated interest upon resignation.

7) They both lived within walkable distance. Like a 15mins walk, so they didn't incur transportation cost.


What part of this arrangement was slavery? I am open to learning because this seems like a day job to me and legal domestic staffing have existed in different forms under different names.

Because it's adelabu sister and her family now, Nigeria police are up and doing while young kids ranging from two years are with some SOB bandits and the government seems to be cluelss on the steps to take so that they can come back home safely to their families. You were born without a religion in you, your factory reset has no religion in it. If you were to be a phone and they do factory reset on you today being a phone, there will not be anything found related to religion in your settings, files and file systems anymore; you learn religion only after your birth growing up.


Islam is idolatry and paganism, Christianity aswell is idolatry - All the world religion is idolatry, including all the Abrahamic religion. In peace loving, emotional intelligence, love for neighbors, respect for sanctity of life, we are even better than those who brought those religion with primitive leaders and prophets whose morality and characters are highly questionable.

We are a product of what we put into our mouths. Unless there is a degenerative condition that makes one obese. Every obese person arrived there by virtue of indiscipline.

If you take the pain tö work out or engage in eating healthy, it will show in our bodies in a healthy and not fluffy way.

So if I have a relative that is obese, I will encourage them to work out cause they are prone to lots of diseases and I don’t want to lose them.

That these obese people don’t care becuse someone tells them they love them like that at the detriment of their health is why they remain obese.
