If I were you,the first line of thought would be to call my father in-law and talk him in one on one,if possible plead on the young girls behalf,, don't join in this great conspiracy against your father in-law. Y'all should discuss it and find a way to tell ur father in-law. Obavoh: I came back from work yesterday to see my Wife’s younger Sister in my house.
I was surprised because no one told me she was coming. I greeted and welcomed her.
I later called my Wife aside and asked her why she did not inform me that her sister was coming to pay us a visit. That was when she broke the news to me that the girl was 3 months pregnant and had to leave the village because of shame.
My Wife begged me and even called the girl to come and kneel and beg me to allow her stay until she puts to bed. I was very angry at my wife for that.
I would love to help the girl but the problem is
1) My Father-in-law is not aware that his Daughter is pregnant. Only my Wife and Mother-in-law knows.
2) My Mother-in-law has not called to plead with me to let the Girl stay under my roof. My Wife asked me to call their mother to confirm but I think it should be the other way around.
3) I am currently managing a one room apartment with my Wife and 7 children. The place might not be conducive for a first time pregnant Girl. Feeding her is not a problem.
4) I am afraid I would be the one to pay her Medical bills, antenatal and all. When I asked my Wife she said her mother would pay but I don’t believe this judging from personal experience.
5) What if the girl suffers miscarriage or complications? God forbid. I might be held responsible.
Please advise me on what to do. My creator sees my heart that I would love to help but I am afraid. Should I let her stay or send her away? How do I do this without losing the respect of my Wife and Mother-in-law. What is the best way to help the Girl? |

Why una dey argue about people? Who's great and who's not.? Ask yourselves,in my field of endeavor, how much have I achieved like Ronaldo and Messi in their own field of play? These guys are in their classes, best.no one big or small pass the other, they're only big or small in your brains.so shelve this ur world cup and no world cup matter,
World cup is more valuable than other major European tournament.
Its more valuable for the fact that it's played once in every four years.. If a player has a 10 year career on the major playing ground it means he's only got to grace that glorious tournament twice in his entire career, whereas he can play UCL ten times out of the 10 years of his career.
So winning the world cup is more valuable and winning things of most value can make u great
|

The third guy u mentioned with cancer, sad to say,if still he had come earlier he would still have died.the fact is blood transfusion in it self does not guarantee survival,I've seen many non Jws who wouldn't take a transfusion...in this part of the world u guys hardly make any progress as it concerns medical care, overseas bloodless surgery is the way making blood transfusion almost a forgotten thing..if somewhere in Canada an adult can walk in somewhere and request to be put to death voluntarily why can't an adult Jw object to blood transfusion? It's a personal stuff, that's how I see it. TONYE001: Beautiful.
While I respect the faiths of others, I am yet to see any sense in some of the things some people do because of faith. The court made the right move. Since the little girl can't give or refuse consent, let her receive the blood. When she's old enough, if such a situation arises again, she can then choose whether or not to accept blood.
I remember one JW patient I had. We were to operate her ovarian cyst which had twisted. She is a full-blown adult in her early twenties. Parents refused to consent for transfusion if need be. I personally counseled them, but they remained adamant. I somehow noticed that the girl was uneasy and scared. I targeted her...when the parents weren't around and I went back to talk to her. She said she didn't care, and would want to be transfused if need be..she just didn't want to OFFEND HER PARENTS. She consented behind their backs....but thankfully, we didn't need to transfuse.
I've also seen situations where some witnesses consent to blood transfusion secretly. One gave consent, but told us not to allow any visitor until we were done.
One guy, young boy. He had a cancer that had spread. He came to clinic paper-white pale. We immediately asked to admit and optimize him. He refused transfusion. After going back and forth, he finally accepted, but it was somehow too late. We lost him.
Religion, so far, has caused more harm than good, I think. |

All of the hypocrisy and monetizing of Christianity you see today is not how Jesus 6srt up the congregation to be, though God don't live in man made houses but from ancient Israel till modern day true worshipers his organized people have always been required to meet in buildings designated for his worship..don't let Christendom with it's lies and tricks make u loose sight of the true directives clearly spelt out in the scriptures Reverseng: Did I say God and Jesus aren't real?
How can you worship a spiritual being in a physical building
If God needed a physical building to be worshipped, wouldn't Jesus his own son have built one by charging for his miracles of feeding 5000 or healing the centurion servant...in order to raise money for the ministry as scammers do tell you....
Or wouldn't Jesus have worked with the church elders to build a model? |

You didn't answer me...if God and Jesus aren't real.then what's the meaning of life? where're we from? And where are we going? Reverseng: To experience.
But do you wait to experience robbery before you build a fence round your house? Haven't you seen other people houses without fence gor robbed. The time you'd have used to grow and channel into other ventures of Life, you'll be using it to recover the loss of robbery. Something you could have avoided
The best way to be focused is to first know what not to be focused on.
Try go to some of my topics. |
