Romance › Re: Most Couples No Longer Enjoy Physical Intimacy Because Of These 6 Reasons by oroje1(m): 11:40pm On Apr 17 |
U finish work for these cogent reasons why u give,,facts on point. youngsahito: Physical intimacy is one of the things that keeps a relationship feeling close. But for many couples, it slowly fades, and it can be confusing or even frustrating. There are some common reasons why this happens.
1. Stress and Busy Lives
Life gets hectic. Work deadlines, school, kids, or family responsibilities can leave both partners drained. When you’re tired or stressed all the time, it’s hard to feel like being close or intimate...
2. Lack of Communication
If you don’t talk about your feelings or what you want, misunderstandings build up. Sometimes one partner feels rejected or unnoticed, and neither says anything. Over time, this can make being physically close feel uncomfortable.
3. Emotional Distance
Being intimate isn’t just about touch—it’s about feeling connected. If you’ve been drifting apart emotionally, cuddling or kissing can start to feel forced or empty. Feeling emotionally close often brings back physical closeness too.
4. Health and Energy
Illness, hormonal changes, or even some medications can lower desire. Things like depression, diabetes, or high blood pressure can make it harder to feel in the mood, even if love is still there.
5. Routine and Boredom
Doing the same things over and over, both in life and in the bedroom, can make intimacy feel boring. When things feel predictable, the excitement that fuels closeness can fade.
6. Lingering Conflicts
Old fights, resentment, or hurt feelings don’t just stay in your head—they affect the bedroom too. If you feel hurt or ignored, being physically close can feel unsafe or unwelcome.
The good news is, intimacy can come back. It starts with small steps: talking openly, showing affection, and spending time together. Simple things like holding hands, hugging, or sharing a compliment can slowly rebuild that closeness.
Remember, it’s normal for intimacy to dip sometimes. What matters is noticing it and caring enough to try again |

I believe in the Bible God, jehovah, and not ur abstract God who u say he passed instructions from ur primitive ancestors mouth to mouth to ur own generation.why u come dey form like say I dey speak strange language...the African traditional religions u tried to pride urself with did all those primitive stuffs..why u dey form....my dear bro, accept the true God,just try to know more of him from the pages of the Bible, seek those who know more of the Bible and they'll help u learn fast,ok? sonmvayina: Wao...so your ancestors did all those, wao...no wonder he is using the fulani herdsmen to punish them. Wao, your ancestors really commit atrocities.......

Meaning you served an unknown god through your alusi, cos the new yam festivities are dedicated to these idols.then how come ur primitive ancestors came about the killing of twins and albinos, and sacrificing of humans during their feasts? Is it the true God, Jehovah who gave them those erroneous viewpoints? sonmvayina: So you just read to respond, not to understand what I wrote.... indeed they have eyes but can't see.
I said , God only gave us laws to keep and follow. Do not take what does not belong to you Do not sleep with another man's wife Do not kill any body deliberately.if any body offends you, report to the obi in council. If the person is found guilty,he is banished. Etc.... We have a four days cycle...Nkwo, Eke, Orie Afor..... We have festivals like the new yam festival and laws guiding it...... You can't marry within the same kindred.
Etc. Even during the civil war, nobody from my village died. The Nigerian soldiers went round our village, but never entered. God protected us..... |

Christianity is tainted yes I know.but search for the true Christians, you'll find them lawani: Yet if someone is caught today trying to sacrifice his own kid, you will be quick to accuse the person of being responsible for some missing people. Double standard. There were no religions in the past. Religion is the opposite of science. If something can be peer reviewed then it is not religion. If something respects other people's culture, it is not religion. Spirit science is not religion and that is what was passed down to every human group by their ancestors and not religion. |

I'm only asking that you explain the pattern of African religions I just mentioned, leave Abraham own first, after all it was only a test of faith,he didn't actually killed his son....so back to my question,...is it this same African traditional stuff that you referred to as religions passed on to you by your ancestors? lawani: Was Abraham a demon worshipper too? He was a human ritualist |

The ones I knew quite well, don't they do human sacrifices during their festivities to their gods? Are they not the same ones who told their worshippers that twins and albinism are an abomination to be killed or thrown into the evil forests to die.are they not the gods whose worshippers created the caste system in many traditional settings back then and some even existing till date? lawani: They are demon worshippers but we had nobody killing over God, raping and etc until the God worshippers arrived around 2000 years ago |

So which religion did the creator of heaven and earth pass on to your African ancestors that I need to know about? sonmvayina: Maybe your ancestors were demon worshippers, mine were not. We follow the divine laws given to our ancestors by God our Creator. That law has been passed down by words of mouth from generation to generation. The Romans created Jesus as an insult to God. Christianity is an aberration. It is idolatry/human sacrifice what God forbids and calls an abomination. |
Christianity Etc › Re: You Can't Be A Christian And Still Join In Pagan Traditions by oroje1(m): 4:02pm On Apr 13 |
And who's the God who gave human different ways of worshipping him knowing quite well that that would cause confusion.... speaking biblically, God has always had one way of guiding those who he chooses.from Abraham to the nation of Israel, and when he rejected the Israelites it's only through Christianity...the African religions you mentioned are all demon worshippers sonmvayina: The truth is what I stated. God gave the nations laws to guide our human journey. He gave the Jews the Torah, we the igbos he gave odinala/Omenala, to guide us..it's an everlasting covenant. It was the Romans who created Jesus and Christianity. It never started in Israel. No jew will start a movement contrary toGods laws, when he/she knows the consequences.. |

True Christianity has no fault,it was after the death of Christ's faithful apostles that the great apostasy started happening courtesy of the merging of Christianity and the the secular world (the church being made a state religion in Rome) ,so the Roman Catholic church started this whole distortion of the truth, and that's why it's been hard for men like you to give Christianity a try...the whole thing have been middled up with falsehood...but please don't stop searching for the truth.. sonmvayina: Exactly my point, Jesus is an idol. Gods commandments is clear. "Do not make the image or LIKENESS of anything in heaven or on earth or under the waters below the earth, do not bow down to them or serve them".... The Romans created a God in the image and likeness of a man, something found on earth for you to worship and you actually believe them..... Continue |

Be that as it may. Personally I'm not a fan of blood transfusion, and I pray that I never fall Into a situation where I'll need one,my wife has done surgery 3 times and each of those times God has been kind by giving us doctors who are willing to apply current medical practices involving non blood procedures, and it worked perfectly well for us..so there are choices people make.lets leave them to their choices, after all the Bible says "every man will carry his own load' of responsibility for his actions chimex38: Even "craze" men can have healthier liver, kidney, that are more suitable than intelligent/smart/phychological balanced folks.
You choice of acceptance isn't my point and concern.
Just wanted to clarify the GENERAL assumptions you might have inferred in your write-up that "ALL mentally ill peeps can't have compatible and healthy blood to donate". Screening donors doesn't work like that.
