If not for what Wike did in Rivers, Peter Obi was ready to win so big in Rivers that his opponents wouldn’t have gotten up to 25% combined. If you doubt me look at Fubara’s votes, PO was supposed to get much more than that because Presidential election gets more turnout than governorship election. Rivers alone would’ve put PO at #1 and Tinubu at #3

Only Peter Obi as flag bearer of the coalition can guarantee Tinubu’s defeat at the polls in 2027.

Here is my take,I appreciate the efforts and timely interventions of the governor,now my advice is that he should use the same energy to pacify his people back at home, he should ensure adequate security and also make it abundantly clear that there is no room for kidnappers or bandits(whatever they call themselves)by putting in place mechanisms to prevent their atrocities. Edo people must be protected by all means.

Why did Atiku have to lie in the first place, saying he picked Okowa based on the recommendations of the committee,now that Wike has been able to bring out facts to dispute that claim, Atiku is now shifting post,talking about integrity, character and all sort.No wonder he dey always loose..

From most of the comments above,its obvious that people did not read the news or they are just been mischievous, because if you read it,you would have known that most of the people that defected actually lost their primary elections.
