cindybaby22:
Thanks

you re welcome ma

ArcToyin:
Partially. this is what I mean, from your list of spaces, you can have more than 3 bedrooms in each of the duplex. I personally, don't see a reason for duplex of 3 bedrooms, I expect more than 3 bedroom. Your still have the 3 bedrooms as a bungalow than having it only as a duplex.

I believe the drawing will answer your question perfectly well I will upload it as soon as I get approval from my client thanks and God bless

cindybaby22:
Just curious...how will your carpenter board those pillars for the soakaway?

Your work is neat i must say...nice job

thanks lolz the suckaway has been boarded sorry I couldn't upload the pics, I will do that soon

Horlawoomey:
Nice building in the making.

ArcToyin:
Building duplex of 3 bedroom with much lounges, is it not too small? I see it as a misplaced priority or do you have reasons for the choosing such?

thanks for d question sir,it is a twin duplex and each has only one lounge ,have I answered your question?
