I feel the recruitment process for different positions vary.

Several interviews have been held on different dates over the past 3 months. Some persons recently have been mentioning assessment center and second stage interviews. For those That did their interview as far back as August, we didn't have assessment center.

The positions for engineering and non-engineering are different and its like they're organizing based on the job responsibilities.


However, as we would have all noticed, no one has been called yet.

Success to those who had their interview recently. We'd love if you guys can come share your experience. I had mine in August btw.


Lets all just keep busy and hope for the best.

This isn't quite correct. I don't think anybody has been contacted after the interview. Besides, I called the HR today - 017000232 - and she said successful candidates will be gotten back to when management approves it. She categorically stated that no one has been contacted yet. Unless you are saying that you know someone that has been contacted. Otherwise, the HR probably told you what they did to get you off their neck OR you are in a different category - as in you weren't interviewed along with the rest of us but was among those asked to submit CV via email but weren't gotten back to

It's almost impossible for us not to know when they contact people. One way or the other you will see successful candidates' testimony here or on WhatsApp. So guys let's relax, we knew it will take time. My advice is for us to go abt doing our businesses just like we did after the test!

Guys my advice for us is to keep hope alive. Keep busy at whatever you're currently doing. When they're set, they'll call us.

The information is genuine, u can also find out yourself , I wouldn't be spreading such info on this thread if I wasn't sure..they sent out mails to those who were successful tho they haven't resumed yet, so if u didn't receive their mail then you weren't selected, that's the truth..

You still haven't answered my question. How did you get your info?

One of the successful candidates told you? Or an insider staff? Or you called HR?

You'll have to take it that no HND graduate was called.

Else, at least one would have been on this platform and would have responded to you.

Notwithstanding, I believe HND vs BSC is a criteria used only at the aptitude test shortlisting stage. Anything beyond that, it becomes purely based on performance.

If there are any hnd candidates that beat the aptitude test, then they were most likely called up. Lets just suppose they're in the minority and none is on this platform.

I believe the "call" being referred to here is the call as regards university, course and location.

They haven't commenced the sending of success/regret mails or anything like that. We're all still waiting for feedback from the interview process. (I stand to be corrected though)

I don't believe everyone was sent this mail. Only those whom the information is required from,... Or probably those whom didn't state it clearly in their cv.

I haven't gotten any call or sms or mail after the interview. But I submitted an updated copy of my resume then.

I can't login to take my test. It's saying "invalid login details". In my BVN records, my first and last name were swapped. However all the names appear in my npower application (unchanged and correctly spelt). Please help me with the validation process.
