This is the main reason we avoid working for students, You're typically impatient. Your budget is too low for the standard of miniflat you want. It can only fit into a Very Clean Room Self Contain in Olufemi(A private Estate) at 120k/2years. If you can not increase your budget to meet any of the decent and clean Miniflats, and you're also not willing to settle for what your budget can carry, kindly call for your refund.
