Foreign AffairsRe: South Africa Shuns Jonathan, Says "We Will Discuss With Buhari Next Month" by osholey(m): 10:06pm On Apr 26, 2015
Xenophobic attacks are deliberate planned attacks by south African nationals against their fellow Africans whom they perceive as taking their jobs and etc. It is a shame that SA govt is comparing this barbaric act with an unfortunate building collapse which claim the lives of over 80 SA citizens. There is no basis of comparison.

Be that as it may, the GEJ govt handling of the synagogue saga was poor which was no different from his handling of the chibok girls or the various bombing of BH. On the issue at hand, GEJ action are not only commendable but swift. The President Elect has given his commendation so has many Nigerians, recalling the ambassadors to consult is inline with acceptable international practice in diplomacy. Nigeria's action is not for Nigerians alone but for citizens of the whole black Africa, Nigeria needs to stand up to SA govt. We may have insecurity issues, senseless killings by BH but we have never singled out foreigners and kill them out of envy. SA govt may point out the incompetence of the outgoing govt as much and they want but the fact remains that xenophobia in SA has no place in 2015 and Nigeria being Africa biggest economy and most populous black nation on earth cannot standby and watch

EducationRe: Fg Names Location Of Six New Varsities by osholey(m): 8:11pm On Nov 24, 2010
It is not quantity but quality that is the problem with the university system.

FG should try and fund existing universities and not establishing new ones. the govt should concentrate on making the environment right for private sector to invest in building universities.

Nigeria is losing billions of naira as capital flight to the UK as many of her citizen go there to get the quality education not available here, even Malaysia and other Asian economies are benefiting from the influx of Nigerian students.

This move by GEJ is purely political not strategic, atleast his home state now has a university but he would have emulated his PDP challenger Atiku and build a private university in yenogoa.

cheap politics that's all it is
PoliticsRe: Gej Should Declare A State Of Emergency In Abia State (aba): by osholey(m): 1:43pm On Sep 28, 2010
T A Orji is obviously not incharge of Abia State, the state is under seige, the Armed Robbers cum Kidnappers are holding sway in Aba and environs, kidnapping, killing and raping at will. Living in Aba at present is worse than living in Afghanistan, or Dafur were war is going on because at least in those places the millitary is protecting the civilians, in Aba nobody to rescue! GEJ as a matter of national emergency declare state of emergency in Abia State

PoliticsUmaru, Are You Dead? by osholey(op): 4:49pm On Aug 18, 2009
I begin to wonder if President Umaru Musa Yar'adua is alive?, ASUU Strike, rampant kidnappings, Boko Haram mayhem, Pipeline destruction etc

This man is not only physically but politically, men with failing health have ruled other countries right(Russia under Boris Yelsin, Cuba under Fidel Castro) but that is because they are political alive.

I see present President is Nigeria's weakest leader since independence. If we have approval rating statistics in this country i am very sure i would have been proved right.

Let me hear your opinion.

FoodRe: Cowbell Or Peak Milk? by osholey(m): 5:27pm On May 18, 2009
You are not doing justice to cowbell by comparing it to Peak because there are not in there same category. Peak is a full cream Milk and animal fat, Cowbell is not, it is vegetable fat . Dieticians say vegetable fat milk is better than animal fat.

Promasidor (cowbell Makers) positioned Loya Milk as their Full Cream alternative to Peak. So comparison should be between PEAK and LOYA not Cowbell.

Cowbell is a low fat nutritious milk and it is in a class of its own. It is targeted at mass market, giving our people healthy milk at affordable prices.

Whatever name you want to call it, the fact is that Cowbell is used in the production of NESTLE MILLO. So we all take more cowbell than we choose to admit.
Politics2008: What Do Nigerians Expect From The Yar'adua Administration? by osholey(op): 11:42am On Dec 18, 2007
The Yar'Adua administration in its seven months of existence have suprised alot of Nigerians as regards its policies and mode of operations, which is a huge shift from the last regime. Many had thought that Obasanjo's role in bringing the present government in will only make them a rubber stamp. But we have seen the influence of Ota Farm over Aso Rock grow weaker as days go by, What Do Expect of this Administration in coming year?
