He built 12 universities across the federation to increase enrollment & alleviate the problem of jambites, he built almajiri schools for abandoned northern kids even in Buhari's katsina state, something he could not do. They shout corruption as if it is Jonathan's invention even when we Nigerians have been known to be corrupt since independence yet Jonathan signed Freedom of information law for us to know what is happening in the corridors of power something that none of the APC governors could do to avoid exposing themselves.
