There are only areas with high Igbo population and not Igbo dominated areas. High population in an area does not mean highest population. I already analyzed this guber election

Igbos have about 20% of the PVC. Yorubas and others have about 80%. Ambode will take 50% out of this 80%(from Yorubas). Agbaje will take 20% (Yorubas n others) out of this 80%. They will share the remaining 10%.

So if we give Agbaje the whole of Igbo vote 20% plus the other 20% from Yorubas and others, he will have 40%. Ambode will still maintain his 50%. So the whole of Igbo votes cannot take Agbaje to Alausa.
