There was an orientation exercise where the Admissions Officer spoke; even in your handbook its there, in the current advert for those about to enter it is there. The matter though has not been finalized but that is the worst case scenario.

Soundtruth as usual has said it all, but a note of caution, there are so many scammers every where promising heaven and sky for 6 digit figures. My only advice is for those in agriculture, college of health sciences, science and engineering, please pick up the basic form as a back up just in case your name does not come out or comes out in a less desirable place.

Empressgifted: I checked through Jamb website and it said sorry, no admission given yet. Guess I'll have to wait and watch as Uniport lists unfolds, that una school unique no be small. In other news i got admitted to study pharmacy in Madonna University, i know it's not the best school to study pharm but at least it's accredited by PCN and I'll rather accept it than stay at home for another year, Nah. Thanks for asking.

When universities admit, they must reference their admission with JAMB who acts as a clearing house. If Madonna gets your name registered with JAMB as their student you are no longer available for selection by UNIPORT. Even if your dean puts your name on the admission list, when the admissions officer takes the list to JAMB and they run it through their database it will flag that you already have admission in Madonna.

UNIPORT does not publish admission lists in pages of newspapers; only on the school website. If they publish on newspapers, who will bear the cost?

The medical workers do not have the tools to work with and government has said they will use the money to buy cars so what do you want them to do. Our government has been lying to us for a very long time and we too engage in self deception and delusion after which we start shouting Jesus, Holy Eucharist and the rest.

A friend of mine scored 194 in jamb and 192 in the putme exams and her name appeared on the merit list(she's from cross river state).which state are you from?

Cross River state is an ELDS and most times they are about 2 or 3 that apply to UNIPORT in a department so they get admitted unlike the battalion from IMO, AKWA IBOM, DELTA etc.

Our goverment are experts in lies, so they do not take care of anybody but themselves. GEJ till 2019 ko? yes o billion, billions for the health minister.

Nursing is very competitive, the 2nd list if any may not be more than 10 names. There is nothing like supplementary form and if push comes to shove you can go for basic program.

There are some technicalities involved; one of which is that for candidates to move to year 1 they must have scored above 180 in the current jamb. Did you score up to 180 in current jamb?

We had some sort of improvement for a week even though it was super low current then the bill came yesterday and since then no light in UNIPORT and ALUU.

We hope for the best.

There is fear in UNIPORT; in fact Port Harcourt is just cold.

The dead man's corpse has been in UPTH since last friday and its just this evening that the FG sent a team to assess the situation and body. Why is government mishandling the situation?
